Her favourite character from MLP is Rarity, who is also my favourite character (unless you count the background ponies, because then I can't decide between her and Bon Bon), so she seemed like a good choice to draw.
First time drawing this character and I'm still getting used to the MLP style, so I'm sorry that this is a little shaky.
