Done for Pleashipping on the Big YGO Shipping Challenge.
This was the first pairing I drew for the challenge, since I've been wanting to draw them together for the longest time and this seemed like a good opportunity.
It always makes me sad that more people don't like this pairing. There was a bit going for it in the show, but I think people wanted other things from these characters, so the pairing got ignored.
But anyway, based on just after Mahaado died, since Isis was pretty upset about the whole thing.
Unsurprisingly, not a lot of colours were used for this one. XD Hope I did the characters justice.

That pairing is pretty cannon, isn't it? At least I think so, they didn't try to hide it or interrupt it quite as often as some pairings were.
;w; Why so sad? Although I guess it's a good thing we know he's going up and not down. And I love all the shiny gold! It's very lovely, especially since the bigger shine spots make it seem like 'the light from above' is there sucking Mahaado on up <3
I love the pose, it's so gentle~ You can almost hear the silent good-bye they're bidding each other TwT *weeps* <3 And while there may not be a color-explosion here, it's not necessary anyway as the subdued amount of color pairs well with the tragically tranquil scene =3

I like to pretend it was. It might not have been so noticable since it wasn't what the fans were looking for, but they were very sweet. And I'd have felt bad drawing Mahaado going down. That, and I wouldn't have been able to take it seriously by adding devil features.
I better start saving a "YRE needs new arms" fund then. 8'D
I prefer the pairings that aren't shoved in our faces every five lines anyway =3 Or the ones I can misinterpret much to the dread/sorrow of all the other fans. So this pairing wins out if only because they were buddies enough to be adorable, and I shared in the sad face when Mahaado died D8 ...XD Lucky for you, I don't think Egyptians believed in Devil features, though I'm not a crazy fan who read up on all things Egyptian so I may be wrong

lol it's always difficult to draw pictueres with a lot of black clothing, but it must be just as hard with alot of white clothing. You made it work very well. I love how you draw wings.
With white clothing I just feel lazy that I haven't spent enough time colouring it. XD
