Saturdays I'm away from home for work and don't generally have Internet, but I've found a connection to quickly upload today's Dalston Week picture from.
This one is
's suggestion for genderbended Angela/Dalston. The designs used here are Holly's own (which you can see here: 
and here: 
), because they look great and I'm really bad at genderbending characters myself. Looking at this, I'm starting to think it would have been cute with Dalston & Angela both as women though.
Also, a quick note that I'm sorry I haven't responded to anything here today - will do that when I get back from being away. On top of that, there'll be an extra Dalston tomorrow, because I can't work out how a week works and made one too many. xD

Ahhhh I really adore this a lot! I had no idea you'd use my designs! You've but a lot more life into my Dalston one and I actually prefer the lighter colours on her here, makes her look a lot softer! I have to confess that I find Angela/Dalston more palatable this way round (not that I don't like it normally, but more than usual) because a terrible sexist part of me finds Dalston a bit less (goodness i cannot think of a word, OVERWHELMING i suppose...?) female-bodied, and I also love the dynamic of him being the same but a teenage girl, because there isn't enough ladies like that in fiction! I don't really mind whether Ange is Gb'd or not though, but you've drawn him very cutely here too. This picture is so lovely, it makes me want to draw lots more of gb Dalston now, because she is very adorable and interesting. Im very honoured you used my designs!
