Rude to StareLuke returning to London had only ever been a matter of time. When he had reached an age where he was seen as suitable to leave home, no one was surprised to hear that he was moving back to England. Even his parents didn't particularly begrudge their son for not wanting to stay with them, as they knew all birds had to fly the nest one day and that Luke's heart belonged back home, where Professor Layton, along with all the puzzles and adventures he wanted, resided.

Of course, he was welcomed back fondly by those who had known him – Layton and Flora greeted him at the docks, complimenting him on how much he'd grown up over the years; with

For some reason I wanted to draw Mr. Beluga trying to impress Vera (Ilyana for those of you with the US version) by showing her the Molentary Express. It isn't working very well. :D

This is also possibly the most time I've spent working on any of the 100 themes so far. @__@

Asldkfjdksfjd I love Vera :3

She really isn't impressed, is she? XD No matter how fancy the train is. She's probably seen plenty of rich, arrogant, bad-tempered men in her time. And had to be nice to them.

I have to take my hat off to you for drawing the train, too, I'd shy away from something so complicated.

Vera is totally awesome! She's one of the many reasons that I need to replay the second game.

You've summed it up perfectly, much better than I could. That's exactly why Vera isn't really bothered about showing Beluga any sort of attention in her free time.

Haha, to be honest I probably wouldn't have drawn the train if the prompt hadn't required it. I really suck at stuff like that. But I thought that I might as well go for it. ^^

Wait, wait, wait a second. *is slow* That's who "Ilyana" is?? I was playing through London Life and going "who the fuck is this anyway?" 8U

In her free time she'd much prefer having tea with Layton. As would everyone. XD

You draw vehicles a lot and they come out well!

Yeah, Ilyana was the American name for Vera. Honestly, I usually don't mind the cosmetic name changes, but Ilyana seems like a really awkward name to me. I'm not even sure how you pronounce it. ^^;

Judging from her interaction with him, I think that she'd much prefer to be having sex with Layton. =P Her and Rosetta have a lot in common. :D
